Dr. Edward Espinosa is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. Following undergraduate studies, he attended graduate school at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, receiving a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. He then applied his training as an Epidemiologist by working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as the Medicare Quality Improvement Program.
Dr. Espinosa attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing 4 years of medical school, Dr. Espinosa underwent 3 years of specialty training in internal medicine at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. Dr. Espinosa is considered an internist.
Upon completing residency training, Dr. Espinosa achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Board certification demonstrates that physicians have met rigorous medical standards through intensive study, self-assessment and evaluation.
Dr. Espinosa is a member of the American College of Physicians and is currently on staff at Piedmont Hospital, Emory St Joseph’s Hospital, and Northside Hospital of Atlanta.
Dr. Espinosa’s area of expertise is in diagnosis and treatment of most adult medical problems encompassing patients 17 years of age and older. Heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, and depression are just a few of the highlighted concerns of his practice. Health maintenance and preventive medicine are emphasized through encouragement and counsel in such areas as regular exercise, lowering cholesterol, weight management, smoking cessation and the overall prevention of coronary artery disease. Correspondingly, a major objective of his practice is the early detection and diagnosis of disease in its earliest and most treatable stages. Dr. Espinosa’s goal is to promote each of his patients to achieve and maintain optimal health.
Dr. Espinosa is married with two children and plays an active role in his community. He is fluent in Spanish.
Katherine Mason is originally from Charlotte, NC, attended the University of Georgia and is currently living in Atlanta where she is the founder and owner of Sculpthouse. This former Wilhelmina Fitness Model, Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer uses Vida-Flo to achieve that extra edge in her workout and for the energy boost necessary to keep a business successful and thriving. As you can see from her picture, Vida–Flo vitamin therapies also helps her stay beautiful and hydrated, inside and out.
Trey was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Auburn University. After school he worked for the Atlanta Falcons in various capacities and soon after founded and created a true Atlanta original, The Fur Bus. In subsequent years Trey has purchased The Pool Hall and opened Smokebelly BBQ and The Blind Pig Parlour Bar, all in Buckhead. Six years ago he and some friends created “A Social Mess” which produces and promotes large, highly unique events all over Atlanta. Needless to say, Trey needs all the help Vida-Flo can give for re-hydrating.
Bri is a former Marine Biologist imported from the Seattle area who is now full-time fitness as the COO/Fitness Director of BLAST Elevate YOUR Workout and Co-founder of Powermill Labs in Atlanta. Her driven involvement in physical activity started at a young age and she is using her experience to help spread the BLASTLife across the nation! Outside the studio Bri has a deep passion for international travel and spent years living in France, traveling across Europe, Australia, Asia and Central America. Besides being a hardcore Seahawks fan, Bri is also a PADI Divemaster, and has a thing for American muscle cars.
Catherine Terc is an Atlanta native currently attending Georgia State University for Cardiac Rehab. When not at school, you can catch her at the Ivy Buckhead, where she has been slinging drinks and curating good times since 2014. After the housing market bubble burst, Catherine also attained her real estate license and joined Beacham & Company Realtors, where she helps her vast Atlanta social network find homes. As someone in both the health, work, and play industries, Vida-flo is the only fuel that can bring all of these areas together. Whether it’s for energy or recovery, they always have everything I need.
Through Jennifer Smith’s own life experiences that include injury, aging, and surgery along with her personal experience on the mat and teaching, she has cultivated a warm and energetic style that is welcoming to anyone from the beginner to the advanced practitioner alike. In her Vinyasa flow classes, expect tapas, music, humor and an energetic flow that challenges and elevates. In her Ashtanga (both Mysore and led) classes, she strives to honor the practice and the lineage, while infusing the room with humor and kindness.
As a wife and the mother of two awesome kids, a former Balance Yoga studio owner and co-director, and now the owner of Jennifer Smith Yoga, she understands the challenge and the importance of enjoying family life while having a consistent, daily practice. Even if you cannot take the asana, you can have enthusiasm in your practice. As her journey continues she looks forward to continue her teaching in Atlanta and around the country while helping to spread the word that Total Hydration can benefit both the body and the spirit.
Jessica Lynn Crate is a fiery, driven woman who qualified to compete for Team USA at 5 consecutive World Triathlon Championships in both ITU and the Ironman 70.3 circuits. She is now the C.O.O. of Atmasphere Yoga Studio with locations in Buckhead, LA and Hawaii. Jessica is an Elite Marathon runner, World Class triathlete, USATF Coach, Yoga Instructor, businesswoman and lifestyle entrepreneur. She serves on the Community Advisory Board for a National Charity, Girls on the Run, as the Director of Fundraising and Events.
Her life mission is to inspire others to “cultivate a champion mindset”.
Crystal Hopkins is a true southern belle to the core. She was born and raised in a small town in South Georgia called Jesup. Growing up in a small town with so much love and traditional values helped mold her into the person she is today. A tomboy at heart, you would have to check the local softball field or the karate studio. She was always the only girl playing with the guys on the playground.
Crystal has many talents and interested including Country Recording singer/songwriter, Model/Actress, Former NBA Atlanta Hawks Dancer & NHL Thrasher’s Cheerleader and member of Atlanta Motor Speedway’s “Rev It Up” Crew!
Sabrina Davis, was born and raised in Miami Beach, FL., where she grew up with an extraordinarily fashionable mother and four very creative siblings. After attending Florida State she migrated to Los Angeles for six years before moving to Atlanta and finding her calling. In 2003, she opened Brina Beads to the delight of the entirety of Buckhead and has since created a name-and-niche for herself amongst the city’s fabulous set. In 2007 she followed by opening Range Boutique. A true Atlanta trend-setter, Range brings a fashionable swirl of a relaxed “California Cool” with a Southern twist for the women of Atlanta. Sabrina has formulated the perfect mix of West Coast attitude and Southern charm and it has been incredibly well received! Fashion-forward, tasteful, endearing. Sabrina is everything a boutique owner should be…and then some. She’s honest, sincere and interested in making her customers look and feel their best. Originally from the Empire State, Fred Smith grew up in Daytona, Fla., where he established a passion for health and fitness from an early age.
A die-hard Florida Gator fan, Fred received his undergrad from The University of Florida and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He moved to Chicago after graduation, but his entrepreneurial spirit led him to Atlanta in 2012 where he established Guesthouse Hospitality, a hospitality development firm, and popular events brand, Guestlist Atlanta. Although he maintains a busy work life, Fred keeps health and fitness at the forefront and even teaches Flywheel classes in his free time.
Vida-Flo is crucial to Fred’s health regime, as it helps keep him hydrated in between high-energy workouts and his on-the-go lifestyle. The added vitamins and energy agents give him the extra boost to pull an all-nighter, teach an extra spin class, or just spend a night out in Atlanta with friends.
Atlanta native Clark Seydel splits his time between southern California and Atlanta. Seydel is co-founder of the Collective, a platform created for entrepreneurs and venture capitalists to achieve social good. Seydel is also a partner of GameCloud Studios, creators of top games for both iPhone and Android. As an avid fan of the Atlanta Hawks, Clark spends much of the basketball season at Phillips Arena. Seydel believes that our next big feat as a country is owning the renewable energy sector. Seydel works out regularly and loves the outdoors. With all that going on, how on Earth does he replenish his energy, feel great and always keep moving forward? By being a regular user and huge advocate of Vida-Flo of course!
