I fell in love with fitness and changing my physique long before I stepped onto the competitive stage. But I must admit, after my rookie season walking away with 3 first place trophies and 1st runner up, along with the Miss Central Alabama Bikini Title. After such a rewarding first season, I was hooked. That being said I knew I had to step my game up both inside and outside of the gym. The gym is only 1 hour a day, the other 23 hours of the day I'm priming my body to perform at its best with proper diet, nutrition, and recovery. Vida-flo has helped tremendously with my performance, and especially my recovery to allow me to continue to perform at my best even after 5-6 consecutive days or training and long hours at work. Vida-flo is definitely a must for anyone looking for a competitive edge and it's certainly the highlight of my week!
